Don Slocum is a professional photographer living in Hawaii for nearly thirty years.  "It's been great living in a supportive photographic community like the one on Hawaii Island," Don explains.  

  Don uses traditional photography skills greatly influence his work with digital cameras. While many artists today will layer or composite several images in the editing room, Don prefers the single-shot approach. His pictures reflect reality and are actual events he was present for.

Our story begins with a little bird we rescued during hurricane season. We roast clean, sweet, and balanced-tasting coffee that is grown on the Big Island. Our coffee that we source is clean and of quality. We are happy to share our brewing knowledge with our customers!

After completing a rehabilitation program for war veterans, Greg Henkel, a Vietnam vet, followed his passion and invested in sandblasting equipment. 

Today the business has a wide range of products and is operated by Greg's daughter, Erin.

Thomas' work is done with Borosilicate glass (also known as Pyrex). He uses clear & colored glass WITH 99% pure silver & gold fume to produce beautiful effects and creations! The glass is THEN melted and manipulated in the flame of a specialized, high-temperature torch. Through a complex process of gravity and centrifugal, he can create the final results. Come get your one-of-a-kind pieces!

Panic Of the Pacific, are experts of Wood art and designs using koa, mango & various native woods found on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Makau Nui is carved from tradition. Carving is a spiritual experience for Benjamin Muti. It has been the calling in his life to share the stories and heritage of his ancestry. 

His jewelry is his humble contribution is to preserve and teach the ways of the Indigenous People of Polynesia. He continues to sharing these traditions through his artwork and teaching his children to be the next generation of carvers.

Most of the fruits used in our preserves come from our farm next to Akaka Falls in Honomu. Only the best ingredients are used. We use organic cane sugar as our sweetener. No high fructose corn syrup, additives, or preservatives are used. Enjoy tropical jams and preserves from our kitchen. Why are Joe's Nuts so special? The TREES! The grove of 39 year old Mac-Nut trees have three varieties. Healthy, happy trees are necessary to produce amazing nuts! Joe's nuts are grown in the rich volcanic soil of Mauna Loa.
